I used Amy Goddard to help sell my mother's home in Cheltenham. Amy was hands on from the marketing plan right down to helping decorate rooms for the photo shoot. Her communication skills were excellent. I was kept up to date with other auctions and sales in the local area as well as information about potential buyers.
