Amie was such a pleasure to deal with through the purchase of our new house. She had great local knowledge which is helpful when you are moving to a new area and was always very friendly and courteous.

I was looking for a house since last 8 months and know almost every single agent in Avondale Heights, Keilor East, Keilor Park and Gowanbrae areas. I was really fed up with their fake promises and lies of agents. Most of the agents used to (and still) advertise houses upto 100K less than the reserve price. This was the reason we weren't able to get the house, even being the highest bidders in few auctions. Then one day, we met Amie, who gave us all the right information about the property, reserve prices and we bought the house within 2 days. YES, it only took us 2 days, first day to inspect the property, second day to write down the offer and getting it accepted. Amie is the most helpful agent I've met. She was always responding to all my queries with very clear and precise answers and also educated us about few things, as it was our first home. We literally got our offer accepted at 10pm, and she called us straightaway (because I asked her to call me as soon as she has an update). She really goes above and beyond, when it comes to helping people and educating them about the best suitable property. I would highly recommend her to anyone, who would like to save their time from all the lies of real estate agents.

Amie was amazing when I sold my house. Sold it in record time! She was very informative in how to get the best look to my house. After hours service was no problem at all. She connects to people really well and people feel safe in her hands.

I first meet Amie at an open house in my street! I was impressed that she greeted everyone as they entered! I was impressed with her bright bubbly attitude, and her laugh! We spoke for while had an instant connection with her! Told her we were getting our house ready to sell. Gave her my mobile she said she would call few months! She called me came around to my house, I felt Amie was the right agent for me, she spoke the truth, told it as it was! Loved her energy fun and vibrant way she spoke! She still calls me see if I've found a house yet! Have a chat and a laugh!
