The auction process was daunting and there was a lot to do in a short space of time. The entire team streamlined communications for the whole family so we could get mum's property out there. Thanks guys for taking the stress out of the process by giving clear honest communication, being transparent, patient and being so organised. Your experience shows in knowing your market ;) Cheers Team Nayak ( Amit, Danny & Tayzar)

Amit and Team are professional, dedicated and updates regularly. They have good knowledge on the market and provided guidance throughout the sale. The property was moved from another agency and achieved amazing result in current market condition. Great team work! Highly recommended!

Thanks to Amit & Team Nayak we were able to get our property sold in a short period of time and at a price that we were very happy with! Amit and Team Nayak brought a level of energy, motivation, dedication and clarity to the table that I have not experienced with other agents, Everyone on the team were very driven and passionate about what they do! In addition with Amit, the team that represented was very much in sync with each other and also very responsive to both buyer and seller. They demonstrated clear understanding of the market despite the economic climate and was able to help me achieve an outcome that was desirable to both parties. Ultimately their results speak for themselves! I have known Amit professionally for many years and I no hesitation in recommending Amit and Team Nayak to any prospective buyers or potential sellers. Put your trust in Amit and his team, and let them work their magic!

This team was fantastic and highly recommendable agent. Ritesh suggests you what is good and helps you in each phase of the property purchase.

Amit Nayak and his team was a very proactive with all the information and assistance needed. They had a good market knowledge making our purchase effortless. Thanks to the entire team, specially Danny who was with us on the whole journey.

Amit gave us a profound outlook on the real estate market for our location from the outset and this was valuable in setting the sale price and our expectations. As the target buying group was known Amit gave us clear directions on what improvements we should make to the property in preparation for sale and also suggested that we take advantage of staging furniture to be placed in the property as most sales occur within the first week of marketing and furniture aids in the selling process. Communication was key and Amit was in constant contact with us to inform us about open homes and interest in the property. Amit with his market knowledge and professionalism was able to secure a sale for a price slightly higher than we had targetted and within the first week of the property being on the market. I would thoroughly recommend Amit as a real estate agent with integrity, extensive market knowledge, good communication skills and professionalism.

We had great experiences with Amit and Team Nayak for selling our property. Amit is very approachable and experienced. He and his team always responded quickly to our queries and communicated well about the process. A right agent can still achieve a great result even during the downtime.
