Amit was fantastic! No question was too hard and was very transparent from beginning to end. I really appreciated the support and guidance through the process of buying my first owner occupier home at auction. I will definitely go through Amit and his team at McGrath in the future.

Team Nayak is the Rolls Royce of real estate agents, text book campaign and delivered an amazing result whilst always being kept informed, can’t thank them enough!

Our experience with Amit and his team was awesome. Right from engagement to closing the deal, Amit's team was very helpful, professional, honest and transparent. We are very thankful to his team in helping us achieve an amazing result.

After living in my family home for so long I was nervous about putting my most valuable asset on the market. So, it was important to me to get the right real estate agent to sell my property. Amit and his Team proved to be exactly that. Amit has a vast knowledge of the local area and he leads a team of hard-working and dedicated professionals. Once I had made the decision to go ahead and sell, Amit and his Team swung into action, launching a well-planned advertising campaign, conducting open house days and reaching out to potential buyers. Amit and his Team were able to guide me through the whole process, they kept me informed about how the advertising campaign was progressing, about interested buyers and what I needed to understand about the auction ahead. As a result, the sale of my property went brilliantly and I am delighted with the outcome. I think I chose well when I chose Amit and his Team and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.

I had a great experience working with Amit Nayak @ Team Nayak McGrath Parramatta. Amit is very friendly, helpful and a great communicator. Amit always available to answer my questions and provide me with all the information I needed. Amit’s weekly catchup meetings after the open homes and statistical reports he presented & explained at the meetings were exceptional and very informative. Weekly catchup meetings demonstrated his local property knowledge, experience and understanding in the highly volatile property market and customers responses at present. Amit’s Honesty, Integrity, Transparency and Hardworking added with Wealth of real estate experience are the key strengths for his success. Thank you and well-done Amit and Team Nayak

Very happy with the service did a great job. Professional and friendly, guided us so well through the whole process.

Amit and his team are excellent at what they do! I had a very short timeframe in which to sell my property and Amit was able to sell it at the price I wanted in the timeframe I needed! He and his team kept in touch every step of the way. They had a robust plan, but were also willing to take on my ideas. They were respectful and approachable and made a daunting process that much easier! I am so pleased I chose Amit to sell my property. There’s a reason he’s number 1!
