Highly recommended Real Estate Team to all potential buyers and sellers. All the very best enitre Team Nayak. Binita and Nawaraj Buyer

From the moment we spoke to Amit, he showed complete professionalism. He put our minds at ease during the process of selling our home. We were blown away by knowing what was happening during our campaign every step of the way, which makes such an incredible difference. Amit's phone manner with us was professional yet welcoming and no question went unanswered and were always answered in a timely manner. We recommend Amit and his team to anyone who is after a smooth and professional outcome. Team Nayak are a very dedicated team.

Amit and team Nayak are very professional with extremely marketing skill, strong knowledge and experience about local market, especially under uncertain market currently. Highly recommend Amit and team Nayak to local community.

Amit is very professional and punctual. Yet he is a friendly person. He takes time and makes earnest efforts to understand the seller's condition and then tries wholeheartedly to create a great outcome for the seller. Amit is well supported by Ritesh, Tayzar, and Danny - to make a smooth journey for the seller to arrange and manage everything the seller needs and to arrange what they recommend for the best results. For future dealings, I will come back to Team Nayak - thanks to their great service, and to Amit as my favourite broker.

Amit conducted himself in a thoroughly professional manner to achieve a quick sale of my house. His excellent knowledge of the local market, a vast network of potential buyers and a modern marketing strategy help achieve a good price in this slow market. He maintains good communication and provide excellent advice throughout. I would unreservedly recommend Amit for your real estate needs.

Amit is the best agent at anytime in the market, he sold out property in the 1st week only. We were confident that in spite of current market sentiments he will sale our unit at best price and he did within such a short period of time. Hats off to Amit and his team. As expected very good in communication and gives accurate information.

In a falling market you need an agent like Amit and his team. Their value proposition is: 1) They actually have selling and marketing strategies they will proactively implement at the right time. They won’t just let the property sit there and pray it works out. 2) A large team to make it all happen quickly and professionally. 3) They will take private appointments with buyers whereas most agents are happy to just wait for a Saturday open. 4) He will be straight with you.

Dear Amit, Thank you for the outstanding, commitment and overall professional service you and your team provided throughout the campaign. You kept us informed every step of the way and even when the property market become a little unstable, you took extra measures to ensure that we would achieve a greater result on auction day. We are extremely happy with the overall outcome, and we highly recommend you to members within our local community. Also, our thanks again, to the auctioneer.

Same town house in the same complex with less feature in almost same time was sold 20k higher in price. I felt his customer database is much less than other agents for the medium range properties. During the process, we were given the impression of bad market, flaws in property mentioned as customers feedback.. etc. Which makes your motivation lower to settle it with lower price. He planned for auction- where he didn’t get any customers- even after such indications he didn’t cancel the auction and ruined 800 AUD for no reason.

Amit is knowledgeable of the current market and helped us to sell our property in the Auction. The communication was excellent and we have been regularly updated with the buyers interest. The whole process was easy and transparent. Our experience with Amit & his team was great and we would highly recommend Team Nayak. Thank you once again Team Nayak.
