Amit played an important role in one of the biggest decisions in my life - Buying a home. I was looking for a home that suited the combined interest of my family. Amit was the agent for a property that we liked and that's where it began. For us, Amit means Amiable, Meticulous, Impartial and Terrific; Amiable - As an agent, building that bond with a client is extremely important. His enthusiasm in everything that he does and his passion is what makes him the most amiable agent that I have ever met. It was so incredible that he shared our excitement and was genuinely happy for us. Meticulous - His attention to detail and the knowledge about the market is commendable. He knows the market inside out, clarified few myths, cleared our doubts and he gave us the confidence from his research. Impartial - He was the seller's agent. But he genuinely ensured my (buyer's) interests are also protected. He is a matchmaker whose sole purpose is to link the right parties to ensure a smooth transaction. Every time when we had a request to visit the place for multiple inspections, he was there ensuring that we had a great experience. He understands exactly what a buyer is looking for and brings their needs first. Terrific - He knows very much that today's buyer is tomorrow's seller. If and when I have to sell any of my property, Amit will be the only person that I have to reach out. Just trust him and let the magic happen. In Hindi, Amit means Infinite or Boundless - he is sure to give you Infinite happiness and boundless contentment. All the best Amit!
