Where to start with compliments for Amit. Ability to get a contract signed, tick. Ability to negotiate, tick. Ability to deal with an extremely high maintenance buyer, tick. Ability to deal with an emotional seller, tick. I had at one point thought not to sell the house due to previous bad experience with another local agent but finally we found a real star. If Amit managed to keep my contract going to settlement he can sell anyone’s house with his eyes closed. Hand on heart best customer service than any agent in the area.!!

I chose Amit out of three agents I interviewed to sell my house of 18 years. This journey has been an emotionally difficult time compounded by the uncertainty of the changing market. My house was sold at auction at the end of a lively campaign and I'm happy and relieved. Amit was very professional in his conduct from the first meeting. His communication was excellent! He always had time to answer questions and kept me informed about the progress, both verbally and in writing. I always felt that Amit guided me in the selling process with respect. His whole team was pleasant to work with. What was great at the end of the last open house was that I could just sit back and be reassured that I picked the right agent, therefore I could not have done more towards the success. In addition, my impression is that the potential buyers' experience was equally positive. I can highly recommend Amit and his team.

Purchasing my first property through Amit was great because of his open communication. There wasn't the sense of constant obfuscation that I have sometimes experienced with other agents. I did not feel overly pressured and received clear answers. It made the overall experience less stressful, and that was much appreciated.
