On Sunday 06/08/17 Donna reviewed and inspected our home. She commented on the location and style of it as well as the amount of land it occupied. These in her expert opinion set our home in that special category with respect to price. The following Monday(next day after Donna's visit) an offer was made, negotiated up, and then accepted. Our home did not have time to get on the real estate website let alone get a For Sale sign erected. Home sold and settled 18/08/17. Not much more too add about Donna and her team....is there?
