This Lady and her team are amazing. Due to my parents health issues there were a lot of stipulations in the house we could buy. Donna went above and beyond to make sure we got the right house that suited all of their needs. Although it must of been frustrating at times Donna was always her usual bubbly, enthusiastic self. I had the unfortunate experience of needing to sell my house when my rent to buy tenants did a runner . I no longer reside in Australia, and turned to Donna for help ,knowing how well she looked after me and my late husband when we purchased 10 Pepperina Court, our first home in Queensland from her . When I rang Donna, and explained the situation to her. She immediately went around to my property , and within half an hour from my initial call to her , I learnt that , not only had my tenants left with rent arrears they had left our once beautiful family home in in a very sad state.I was devastated. Not only did I have to sell my house , I was also looking at falling short of satisfying my mortgage debt.From the get go Donna was there to help ,she wouldn't hear of me paying for anything and waived all costs in order to try and help me to move forward with my future. I have no words to even begin to explain what that means . Here in NZ we call it aroha .... love. Donna acted upon it straight away and , organised for the pool to be cleaned (pot plants and debris had been dumped in there) the lawns were mowed and a general tidy up was had . Open homes were also scheduled and organised by Donna for the next month. The offers started to come in and gratefully , I received the offer I needed by the 6th week , 35k more than the first 2 original offers , and enough to get me over the line with my mortgage. My buyer had attended one of Donna's open homes and through that we were able to negotiate and get the house sold at the best possible price. Through the whole process ,Donna kept me well informed on what was happening. What she has done for my family and I has been completely selfless, and I will never forget her kindness and her ability to actually listen. I don't know if Donna will ever get to read this , but she really is the epitome, of what a great real estate agent should aspire to be and for all that she is we are eternally grateful.
