I first met Donna when my brother purchased a house she had listed. Prior to Donna I signed up a local agent who conducted their business under a franchise to one of the largest agencies in Australia had my property listed for almost 6 months without success. They only did 'open house' on Saturdays, but costs were same as Donna's. Their advertisements were small and after the first couple of weeks, my ad was at the bottom of their advertisements. Predominantly they featured 'ordinary' homes on very small blocks which were prob good value. Needless to say the only real offer I received was more than$150 below my listed price. My house was on a very large block top of a hill with views to Stradbroke island. Initially when this first agent put their for sale board in front of my house they positioned it behind a large bush??
