Don’t get me wrong, Ana achieved a great price for the sale of my home however if I had my time again I would have gone with another agent. She was unprofessional at times and volatile to deal with. On one occasion she didn’t even let myself or partner know she was bringing people through the property and then proceeded to walk in on myself in the shower, with potential purchasers in tow. She was pushy to the point of it being rude on occasions and when it came time for settlement she went m.i.a. and we were unable to contact her - nobody (her or her sales partner) informed myself or partner that the purchasers loan had been approved so you can imagine the shock we got when we had only 7 days to vacate the property.

My recent experience with Ana Borcherdt from The Agency was deeply disappointing. Throughout the home purchasing process, Ana's unprofessionalism and arrogance were unmistakable. It felt as though she believed I was clearing her debt and that it was her entitlement, rather than fulfilling her duties as a salesperson. Ana consistently treated us with condescension and dismissiveness, showing a complete lack of respect for my concerns and needs. One notable incident was her alteration of paperwork regarding furniture left by seller for us without our consent, displaying both unprofessionalism and unethical behaviour. Additionally, Ana's absence after the property purchase was concerning, indicating her sole interest in securing her commission rather than ensuring a smooth transition for me as the buyer. Overall, Ana's behaviour reflects poorly on The Agency. I advise caution to anyone considering working with her and suggest seeking out a more respectful and competent salesperson who prioritizes client satisfaction.
