I was told by multiple people to speak to several agents and then make a decision. But after seeing their signs popping up in the area and selling fast, I only met one team - Team Rash. They were punctual, prepared, knowledgeable, polite and understanding of the difficult situation our family were in. They stepped through the process and timelines really well and gave us a good understanding of how the sale would go. Their rates were good and had a great team behind them. Absolutely amazing!!

Please be careful dealing with her. 1. Doesn't present written offers to sellers. Misleading. 2. Aggressive towards clients. 3. Making dramas to demotivate you to put in an offer. Our written offer was not presented to the sellers, and the sellers refused our offer. We get in touch with sellers via social media. Then, I got to know she never presented our offer to sellers. Our offer was the highest, then sellers accepted our offer, and then we reported her to the building commission and ACCC. She was misleading all parties involved in this transaction. We all were furious. Ourselves and sellers were discussing doing a private sale to avoid Ana.
