Additionally, Ana's absence after the property purchase was concerning, indicating her sole interest in securing her commission rather than ensuring a smooth transition for me as the buyer. Overall, Ana's behaviour reflects poorly on The Agency. I advise caution to anyone considering working with her and suggest seeking out a more respectful and competent salesperson who prioritizes client satisfaction.
