We just settled on our block of land today and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by our agent. Kurt and Sarah of Michaels Real Estate were very professional, amicable and extremely good to work with. What I appreciated most was their willingness to listen. They did exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

Nothing to hard prepared to work with me on my ideas, Sarah and Kurt keeping me updated on everything. Professional big hugs to keep us feeling human some people need a hug. Big thankyou and Karissa conveyancer, smoke alarm compliance Kurt has a great back up team surrounding him. Onwards and forwards. Wine o'clock you know what I am talking about Kurt and Sarah

Returns calls and Messages, always friendly and not a pushy salesperson. Will always try and show the positive side of your property to the proposed buyers.

Blake was very responsive on every encounter we had with him. He was also a sure foot in front with his professionalism and research of sales around Elliott Heads and nothing was of any hardship to him including doing an extra one or two open house viewings on his own time which also fell on a Sunday which no doubt was his family time , however he conveyed to us that this was no big deal. A warm, professional and extremely pleasant gentleman and both Chris and I would not hesitate in any way to recommend him and his professional services to anyone who may be in need of assistance and guidance in wishing to sell their property . Highly enjoyed our experiences and all of our encounters with Blake Jones .

We had a great experience selling our home with Blake. He was approachable and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He worked quickly to get the property advertised and achieved a fantastic result for us. We really appreciated his knowledge, honesty and support, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

Blake knows his craft, that much is true and obvious. I could go on and on about his guidance and steady hand but I will focus on trust. Having purchased and sold a few properties I have had a lot of differing styles of agents. What attracted us to Blake is his authenticity and generosity of spirit. His knowledge in a softening market really informed us however our ability to trust him implicitly was what clinched the deal. The real estate industry is full of cowboys who are great at telling you what you want to hear but not many tell you what you need to hear and qualify it for analytical people such as myself. He is consistent and faultless. Our sale came with complications and without Blake’s diligence, intellect and humanity the situation would have been so much more anxiety laden. None of these complications were of Blake’s making nor did he contribute to them in any way. He simply reacted professionally, quickly and efficiently to ameliorate difficult circumstances. If I am to transact again in this market it will be with Blake. He took the time to understand OUR needs, and work towards a result that met and exceeded them. Not just financially, but ethically and efficiently. If I could give 10 stars I would. Blake has a generosity of spirit that is severely lacking these days and to be lucky enough to meet him and do business was an absolute pleasure. Choose your agents wisely and the experience can be either a nightmare or an informed dream. Blake provided the latter. He is going to be in the top 1% of his industry.
