1/35 Littlewood Unit. Selling the property was a big deal for our family and for me as a central coordinator of the project. I have 2 Real Estate Agents in the family and 2 family friends so all eyes were upon me and opinions coming at me. I chose Hocking Stuart and approached Jenny Dwyer who had sold my last property. I then worked closely with Andre with Jenny having a joint responsibility with Andre for the result. As a longstanding Sales Director the sales process and management was very very important to me. The campaign was a little short based on minor renovations at the property . I think I spoke with Andre &22 days out of the 25 and he was very professional and demonstrated a real solid business acumen., my brother the Real Estate Valuer approved of all aspects of the preparation and process. Doing a top advert campaign I think was a solid foundation for this. My brother as a valuer was able to provide a very formal registered report at $675.00 and the final Auction price was $760.00. The price has since been the talk of Littlewood Street. My previous property sold for 34% over all registered 2 valuations and Jenny and team were part of that. I found Andre and Co all very polite no matter how difficult we were to deal with about some of the finer points and paperwork.
