Andre was a real lifesaver for us. He was honest, transparent, and genuine. We are first home buyers and he was extremely helpful. It felt like genuinely cares, and it showed in every step of the process, from our first inspection to formalising the contract. His listing was clear and honest with no AI furniture etc, what you see in the photos was accurate for all of his properties. Many of the homes I have inspected in other companies looked nothing like the pictures online, however all of Andre’s listings were accurate to every detail. He helped us from the start of the process to the end. Andre truly cares about both the vendor and buyer, and in (hopefully a long time), I will definitely be using Andre to sell our home. He was up at any hour of the day and night, I couldn’t understand how he manages to work 24 hours a day. Our process from first inspection to the sale was around 72 hours. It didn’t feel like he was playing us, he went out of his way to take my call and answer any silly questions I had. He was kind enough to organise a building and pest inspection for us and this is just the very beginning of his incredible service. We were extremely wary and anxious trying to buy our first home in this market, however he was calm, reassuring, and got the job done. He also stayed true to his word the entire way through, anything he promised he followed through as soon as possible. I would have inspected over 80 properties before the one we ended up buying, and I wish I had met Andre earlier. I have dealt with lots of agents through this process and truly none compared to Andre. The price guide he provided on the first inspection ended up being the exact price that we paid, which is also rare with agents either underquoting or overquoting. I can definitely recommend Andre whether you’re a vendor or a buyer. I truly can’t thank him enough!
