I was impressed with Andrea from the first time I spoke to her on the phone after she had sold a property in Pinkenba where I was holding this property. She is one of those people who are just so easy to talk to, a great communicator. I was also impressed with her local knowledge of Pinkenba and it's attributes such being so close to Brisbane, the airport and the Gateway which I knew would help her sell my property for me. She had also shown great persistence in selling another property in the area after a couple of contracts had fallen over. Andrea was also not phased by the fact that this property was in a run down condition with many problems. Unlike other agents she was also willing to work over the Xmas/new year period and her persistence paid off by obtaining a sale at a good price early in the new year. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrea Brown to sell any property in the inner north of Brisbane which I know is where she has had great success in the past.
