When we decided to sell our Investment unit we knew Andrea was the best informed sales agent to assist us with this exercise. We purchased the Unit from Andrea and from our assessment of her style and market knowledge we knew she would be the best person to sell the unit. With Andrea's input we choose to sell the unit with tenant in place which achieve a higher price. We also knew Andrea would represent us to obtain the best price.
