Awesome experience & happy transaction

Andrew and Lindsay were super helpful on helping me market my property, and negotiate with the buyers, which make the sale happened during the COVID19 with a happy price and they were also really helpful after the property sold, thank you for all the work done behind the scene!

professional - Service Above and beyond. Extremely happy customer!

Where do I start. In my opinion, I couldn't have picked a better Real estate Agent to deal with. I was extremely happy with the service Andrew provided for numerous reasons - just to name a few that come to mind: Andrew conducted himself very professionally throughout entire process, always and readily contactable and available to answer any questions and provide guidance, Andrew was really able to engage with entire family, had a warm, positive nature and persona about him that made me and my family feel very comfortable in his presence from the beginning, and was able to win us over effortlessly. Andrew's skill set and work ethics definitely a plus point to both Ray White Real estate and myself (client). Dealing with Andrew was an advantageous experience and we were all able to reach a mutually beneficial outcome and where I the client gained the targets we set in place and was a profitable outcome. I found Andrew to be really honest right from the beginning, and I could see his genuine, authentic and truthful manner about him... Andrew didn't at any stage tickle my ears and tell me what I wanted to hear, instead gave me a realistic expectation as to what price he would be able to achieve and deliver and that's just what he did. We made Andrew work hard and Andrew was able to provide the numbers/prospect buyers through our property through his very good volume of clients/network base. Andrew was always courteous and would always call well in advance and give us plenty of notice for walk through meetings... With this pandemic and the housing market and employment predicament we face - Andrew came through and delivered a positive result win'win for all. Strategic, Experience and awareness is how I would describe Andrews approach

When choosing a real estate agent they all normally say that going with an agent in your local area is the best way because they apparently know everything about your area. Before I reached out to Andrew at Ray White, I engage two real estate agents who are locals in the area. They both had similar strategies one of which being private sale. Both these agents provided me with their credentials advising that they had sold similar houses to mine. However, the houses they sold were at least 100 + on the market. Now, when I met Andrew, he provided me with a different approach. It was quite orthodox but made a lot of sense. In short, my house was only on the market for 25 days and just before auction, the house sold at more then what was expected. Andrew has certainly set the example that experience in the industry as well as situational awareness will outweigh the need to employ a local agent. Hands down, if you was someone who will work hard with you till the very end, regardless of any suburb, Andrew is the way to go. Who else can sell a house during COVID-19 in under 30 days.

Got the job done!

Andrew was professional from start to end, aways communicated well and I never felt the need to chase up anything. Andrew provided thoughtful and courteous service throughout and made my selling experience a positive and successful one.

Professional and great to communicate

We can reach Andrew even after business hours and during weekends for our enquiries. During our conditional period, he's been following up with our progresses along the way, talking with all parties, so everyone is on the same page. Getting a response promptly from him, or from the vendor through him, was so valuable and appreciated as we have a short settlement period with a lot of pressure. We ended up meeting our very tight deadline and the purchase became unconditional.
