From our first coffee, we knew Matt from Bells Sydenham was the one for us. Matt’s efforts throughout the campaign were above and beyond what we expected. His constant updates on potential buyers and feedback was second to none. Due to personal reasons we withdrew the property for a break and Matt still worked timelessly and was even still able to find us a buyer! And was able to sell the property off the market.
