Andrew did everything that he said he would do. He already had a buyer that he knew the property would appeal to. He told them that two other agents had an interested party (which was true) and that to secure the property they would have to pay the the full listing price and "get on with it." It all happened over two short weeks. He liaised with both solicitors and the buyers bankers and effected an exchange at 5pm on a Friday!! Andrew was open and honest and communicated absolutely every detail and change and positives and risks all the way along. No hesitation in recommending Andrew and dealing with him again.
