Andrew was one of the first agents that we saw when we started looking for property in the Mudgee area, he always seemed to take plenty of time with us and always answered all the questions that we asked. If he didn't have the answers straight away he would get back to us as soon as possible. There were times that I would ring with questions which he couldn't answer and he would ring back within 5 to 10 minutes in most cases, this I thought was exceptional as most of the other real estate agents could take days and some not at all. As he took us around to properties his knowledge of the area was impressive as we were relatively new to the area and willing to learn about it. Of all the agents that we saw we thought that Andrew was the most Professional by a fair margin and we will recommend him to all and sundry as he made the experience pleasurable for us and not a chore. He assessed our requirements as far as land, home and cost requirements and showed us appropriate homes. He wasn't pushy! Some of the properties we saw a couple of times and this wasn't a problem. We had other agents that tried to up sell us to properties that weren't in our price bracket, but in particular not suitable for our needs, (maybe that they didn't realise what our requirements were). Andrew in our opinion has a great manner and is a credit to the company that he works for, when we are looking for further property in the area our fist port of call will be Andrew.
