Andrew has a friendly and patient manner and was able to answer many of our questions due to our inexperience. He was selected above local agents mainly because of his communication and service and his ability to connect with all members of our family. He shows a genuine passion for real estate rather than the typical attitude and approach of other agents we met in deciding who to sell with and through the buying process as well. Perhaps a private treaty would have been better than auction but, ultimately, we achieved a fair market price for our first home.
