Overall, we were pleased with the marketing program that took place for the sale of our property. Andrew has a friendly and patient manner and was able to answer many of our questions due to our inexperience. He was selected above local agents mainly because of his communication and service and his ability to connect with all members of our family. He shows a genuine passion for real estate rather than the typical attitude and approach of other agents we met in deciding who to sell with and through the buying process as well. Perhaps a private treaty would have been better than auction but, ultimately, we achieved a fair market price for our first home.

When signing with Andrew we felt a sense of calm. He knew his market and wasn't doing a "quick sell" on us. His friendly nature was appealing to us and I'm sure all potential buyers. Knowledge of the market also assisted us in preparing our home for sale. Andrew gave us ideas and suggestions that assisted us with preparing the home to get the maximum price. We have no doubt that this advice was key to a great outcome. Andrew kept us informed about what was happening at all times. The outcome of our auction was greater than we ever expected and we were so glad that we made the decision to sell with Andrew.
