Andrew is a great communicator and easy to deal with. Most of all Andrew is trustworthy which is a must during Real Estate negotiations. Andrew made the purchase of our property stress-free. Andrew is a pleasure to deal with and comes highly recommended.
Andrew was excellent to deal with throughout the whole purchase process, very honest, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Andrew and the whole team at McGrath.
I conducted the sale of my apartment from interstate and cannot speak more highly of the advice, attention and accurate assessment that Andrew Bowden from McGrath at Mosman gave to me before the sale process commenced and during the process. In my experience, sometimes agents can overpromise and under deliver but this was definitely not the case with Andrew and Claudia. Absolutely highly recommend them to any vendor considering placing their property on the market.
Andrew recently sold our apartment in Cremorne. His patience, strategy and approach to the sale helped us pull off a great result and a building record! Andrew is genuine, trustworthy and professional and we would have no hesitation recommending him. His associate Claudia was also superb to deal with. Dream team!
Having recently sold our property in Cremorne, we would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to sell in the area. We were nervous when we initially decided to sell but Andrew and his team, including Claudia, couldn't have worked harder during the weeks and months of our sales process to give us the comfort and guidance we sought. They were always available 24/7 to discuss strategy and offer tactical advice when it was needed. Andrew’s personable nature is his greatest asset and he genuinely wants to help which is why I would recommend him to achieve the best outcome possible.
I highly recommend Andrew to anyone wanting to buy or sell on the Lower North Shore. Andrew was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. He went above and beyond making sure all parties were taken care of. Beyond Andrew’s expertise and professionalism, his team was amicable and kind throughout the buying process.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew, and I must say, he truly lived up to his outstanding reputation. Andrew did an excellent job in helping us sell our property. It's clear that he possesses a deep understanding of the market, and he leveraged his knowledge and expertise to achieve an extraordinary result for us. Andrew's honesty and ethics are unquestionable. It's clear that he operates with integrity and always has his client's best interests at heart.
Andrew achieved an extraordinary result for us on the selling of our unit and we couldn't be more delighted! Throughout out the pre-selling process, Andrew was very open and transparent on all aspects and kept us well informed throughout. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone selling in the Lower North Shore area as you won't find a more friendly, efficient, effective, and trustworthy agent that also consistently achieves outstanding results!!
Andrew was a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was very transparent with us and as buyers that's sometimes difficult to come by. He made what can be a stressful period an exciting one. Thank you Andrew!
Very friendly and communicative - went beyond the call of duty in many ways to help me with detailed preparation for sale and then also to ensure maximum possible buyers were able to see and appreciate the property fully (even including a 7am viewing for one prospective buyer). Then made sure all potential buying interest was fully explored, and finally achieved a great result with absolutely minimal stress to me. Did an excellent job.
Andrew was the seller's real estate agent in the unit I purchased. He worked efficiently, fairly, and collaboratively with my buyers' agent to expedite the process. He made it much easier than I expected. Following the exchange of contracts, he has continued to help me and smooth the path towards settlement.
We were so pleased we picked Andrew over other realtors in the area to sell our unit. He went above and beyond to help us get the property ready for sale. We sold within a week of having the property up for auction and hit far beyond our market expectations provided to us by other realtors. Andrew is approachable, pragmatic, honest and ethical. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and would use him again should the need arise.
