My wife and I recently purchased a property through Andrew. Buying a property can be a very stressful experience. We both appreciated Andrew's clarity, energy and diligence in taking us through the process. In particular, we were impressed with his direct communication style, his pragmatism, his quick responsiveness to our queries and his willingness to make himself available out of hours. Importantly, we took comfort from Andrew's consistent and honest messaging, the fact that he set out clear instructions and timetables and displayed great energy in managing the sale to ensure the timetable was met.

Repairs, styling, finance; everything was easily coordinated and all barriers to the sale were removed. I am very happy with the result Andrew achieved. My experience has been that the person negotiating the sale is so important, and I experienced first-hand why he has so many raving reviews. You won’t go wrong with Team Bowden.

Andrew was professional courteous and helpful, going out of his way to attend to glitches along the way. Thanks Andrew.
Best real estate agent we have had. Andrew gave us a clear insight into the prices and availability of similar properties and proposed a well suited marketing strategy, but where he went above and beyond the normal agent involvement was in assisting us to prepare the property for sale, ( organizing minor repairs, cleaning and even disposing of unwanted furniture). Throughout the campaign, nothing was too much trouble and he maintained excellent communication.
