In preparing the property for sale, Andrew offered his team of tradesmen, but also offered other quotes. His team delivered exactly as promised, thus giving us further confidence as we moved to being open for inspection. When bad weather and a cooler-than-expected market resulted in minimal interest in the property, Andrew´s calmness and logical lines of thought eased our worries. Later, when we had to lower our expectations, we felt entirely confident that, as a matter of pride, Andrew would not rest until he achieved the very best price the market was willing to give. We have no doubt that we selected the right - and perhaps the best - agency for the job.
