Andrew and his team were excellent. Andrew really knows his stuff and I had complete confidence in him from the start. He and his team took all of the stress out of preparing mum’s unit for sale, booking and managing all of the required trades on my behalf, and then styling it beautifully. Andrew is also great with communication and very consultative. He kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process, and made sure I was comfortable with progress throughout the campaign. He is also very knowledgeable in relation to the contract exchange and helped to keep that process on track. I couldn’t be happier with the result and recommend Andrew Bowden very highly.
