Why would you go anywhere else?!

I'm writing this unbiased review to hopefully assist someone else in making a better choice. I was looking for a home for around 9 months and had been in contact with several estate agents, some who I'm very glad I won't be speaking with again. Andrew on the other hand was informative, helpful, patient and just an all round good guy from day 1! As a buyer, he informed me of a home that he had for sale and gave a few options in regards to viewing. After viewing the first time, we wanted to view it again and this was done with ease by Andrew and his staff. When it came to making an offer I wasn't the easiest person to deal with yet Andrew was patient, assisted me at every stage and spent the time needed to get to a resolution on negotiations even in the evenings. From then on it was just as easy it begun, everything you could want done and any question you had was never too much trouble for Andrew and the guys at Platinum Realty. I really wouldn't go anywhere else if I was to sell a home at any point or buy a home, you won't be disappointed!
