Andrew works hard to communicate with both buyer and seller to keep them informed at each stage of the sales process. He provides detailed feedback on prospective buyer's feedback (the good, the bad and the ugly!) on the property so that the seller can gauge what action to take next if the marketing campaign does not go to plan. A buyer was found for our property pre-auction during Week 2 of a 4-week marketing campaign at a good price and Andrew is on the ball to keep the documentation moving to finalisation. It's a challenging unit to sell! Due mainly to the common knowledge on the collapse of this builder. Andrew is honest and open about the situation of the building, ordering a strata report in advance to assist all interested buyers with initial searches and understanding rectification progress. The final sale price achieved was fair & reasonable to both buyers and vendors.
