His briefing on the day prior to the auction calmed my anxiety and the day went according to his plan, although I think he was as delighted as I was by the price. (An agent I had a competitive quote from before I chose Andrew was planning to set the price at $549 - $579k, so I doubt I would have got the price Andrew achieved.) The entire Ray White team was very supportive and professional - shame I don't have more houses to sell!
