Andrew’s working life has always had involvement in property. Commencing with a successful career in the advertising & marketing field, Andrew spent 13 years as a media buyer & campaign strategist servicing mainly property & retail clients. This time only emphasised his love for all things property, which left little surprise when in early 2006 he moved to the coal face of property, listing and selling residential property in the Hills District with Ray White West Pennant Hills. This role soon led to Andrew buying this Ray White business with an expansion to a Cherrybrook office. Andrew ran this business successfully with several Top 10 rankings in the Ray White group for both the business and him as the Principal over the following 8 years. His ambition to see this business continue to flourish and grow saw a merger with Ray White Thornleigh. Soon after, Andrew was asked into Ray White’s NSW corporate office to take up a joint-CEO role across NSW, overseeing the training, growth, development and all franchising needs of the NSW Metro network of 120 Ray White offices. Now, Andrew & his family are thrilled to affirm their love for the country in their relocation to the Bathurst region, settling onto some small acres in the O'Connell valley It is Andrew’s sincere nature and genuine passion to support families through the often emotion-filled process of selling, buying, leasing or simply deciding between these options. His desire to always understand his clients' needs and only then taking time to discuss appropriate options has been the foundation of his successful career. Andrew attended The Kings School, is married to Emma. They and their three son's love being a part of the Bathurst community, where locally the boys are at school at Scots All Saints and the family attend Bathurst Presbeterian Church. Experience counts!

This guys service, experience and knowledge have to be seen to be believed. I pretty much sat back and done nothing. I had a few unusual curve balls in my purchase and he was all over it. Experience counts! Can’t recommend Andrew enough. Would have happily paid him more!
