Jay is a lovely bloke, no nonsense, courteous. He provided guidance throughout the sale, took direction when I felt strongly about something but gently pushed back when required (which I appreciated). Kept me up-to-date and took the time to answer questions and talk through anything i needed. He didn't encourage me to review pricing when the market started to plateau and was strong in his conviction re: where we would land $-wise. I also valued the fact that he and Sandy work as a team.
