We recently purchased an investment property in Melbourne through Andrew Cruickshank, which will be lived in by our daughter while she is studying architecture. As we are from Brisbane this could have been a little tricky as we do not know Melbourne, but Andrew was more than helpful to us , always replied to phone calls and emails promptly and kept us up to date with the progress of our purchase. This made the whole process rather easier than it might have been. Something we did not expect was the service offered to connect us to electricity , phone, gas etc. things which we probably would have left until it was a mad rush!
