Its an interesting albeit long story, which I shall try to condense for brevity. January 2018, we decided to sell 2 of our investment properties and my wife knew a very well known Local Real Estate agent from a big brand name agency- unsuspectingly this was our FIRST MISTAKE... the communication was pathetically poor, open days were held without our consent and every time we tried to ring it seemed they had no idea of who were... WORST OF ALL they allowed 2 contracts to fail... because they FAILED TO LISTEN to our instructions. You know that Karma has a really funny sense of humour. It was at this time we decided to derail the train wreck and we interviewed a number of potential Real Estate agents and we were impressed by Andrew Davidson and his presentation. During the sales process, he communicated every single step of the way- professionally and politely and he sealed the deal in a very timely manner- good for him as we have other investment properties that we may sell in the future and Andrew will be the first agent to be offered the opportunity to sell them. Do you want to know what the really funny part is... from both of the previous agents FAILED contracts- both of our investment properties sold for an EXTRA $10,000 and $12,000 respectively... that's $22,000 more... got me laughing all the way to the bank....
