Andrew provided support all the way through the sale. He kept me informed every step of the way even though I was based in Canberra. When I needed to come to Nerang he went beyond his duties and picked me up from motel several suburbs away to drive me around to do the necessary errands needed to make the house ready and the sale possible.

Its an interesting albeit long story, which I shall try to condense for brevity. January 2018, we decided to sell 2 of our investment properties and my wife knew a very well known Local Real Estate agent from a big brand name agency- unsuspectingly this was our FIRST MISTAKE... the communication was pathetically poor, open days were held without our consent and every time we tried to ring it seemed they had no idea of who were...
