I first met Andrew when I dropped into the office to enquire about selling my property. Andrew was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had another appointment scheduled so we didn't have a lot of time to discuss everything. I made a follow-up appointment and during this "interview" process, Andrew impressed me with his candour, values, sense of humour, and ability to answer my questions about all aspects of the selling process. During the sale process, Andrew was very informative and kept me up to date on inspections, any issues with being able to view the property, and anything that was important for me to know. Not once during the process did he try to condition me about the price or lower it from what he had initially said was market value. He was consistently polite and respectful. Prior to settlement, Andrew let me know that the pre-settlement inspection was happening the following day, and gave me feeback on that afterwards. He kept me informed in a non-intrusive way throughout each step. I highly recommend Andrew and would definitely choose him again for the sale or any future property.
