Andrew was fantastic to deal with! From his very detailed, insightful and house specific appraisal we knew Andrew was the man for the job. His knowledge of the local market was evident and we feel like he didn't try and over sell what our house was valued at instead he managed expectations from the start and suggested some minor house upgrades be done in order to maximise the sale which more than paid off. Communication from Andrew was always very clear and prompt. We would receive a call after each open home and get a pulse check from him. We were surprised and disappointed that the agent never mentioned the heritage order on our recently purchased house despite him being present at a meeting with our builder to discuss our renovation plans. Half the house is exposed to the weather and vermin, covered only with sarking, which was obviously a high priority to fix. He told us it was a simple matter to address, omitting to let us know that the Vendor’s plans to do this had been rejected several times by the WSC on heritage grounds. He told us incorrectly the house was built in 1930s. It was built in 1955. He was forceful in getting our sale (saying ‘Snooze you lose’ )across the line. I think It would have been ethical to inform us of the difficulties associated with this particular property despite Caveat Emptor. It has made me very cynical and perhaps goes someway to justify the generally low opinion that the public have of real estate agents.

After interviewing a number of agents from different agencies, I had no hesitation in putting my confidence and property in Andrew's competent hands. He walked me through the whole process resulting in achieving a favourable sale and price. I was very happy with the final outcome and would recommend Andrew to anyone who was anticipating selling their property.
