He has been an active and highly successful listing and selling consultant in the Hills District for eighteen years, Principlal of Harcourts Hills Living for fifteen years and successful auctioneer for the past twelve years. Now he is Principal of a new real estate business, Ray White Seven Hills (The Drane Group).
Andrew is based in the heart of Seven Hills, within Seven Hills Plaza, and looks forward to giving you, his client, the benefit of his experience and expertise. A Licensed Real Estate Agent and Accredited Auctioneer, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Marketing) from the University of Canberra. Andrew has also authored a book, ‘Real Estate for Real Reasons’ and loves giving out free copies to those that want to learn about what to expect out of a career in Real Estate.
Andrew's passion and aptitude are evident the moment you start discussing all matters real estate with him. His auctioneering prowess puts him in high demand to call auctions all around Sydney. "I prefer to focus locally and I only call auctions within my area, which keeps me in touch with the local market from different perspectives", he says.
Andrew and his wife Melinda, who is the Accounts and Human Resources Manager at Ray White , and three of their children attend local schools. He sponsors many local sporting and community groups. Andrew adds, "I am proud of what I do and the service I offer my clients and community. I can honestly say that I have found my professional purpose in life and I have embraced it with vigour.”
