Made my dream apartment come true!

I had been looking for an apartment for some time and by chance decided to inspect the unit Andrew had opened for inspection and was I glad as it ticked all the boxes bar the being slightly above my intended price point but I felt Andrew was very transparent about expectations and managed to negotiate a very suitable compromise which I am sure is testament of his knowledge and experience. My timeline was very short as I was about to put in a bid for a unit the next day but Andrew worked hard to make my purchase happen. He has been great even after in terms of providing further info on the strata management etc as well as very accomodating about times to inspect the property again. His is extremely professional in his dealings and my sense is he genuinely tries to get the best for both an owner and buyer.
