We first met Andrew four years ago at an open house, we knew straight away that when we sold our house we had to have Andrew as our agent. The way he interacts with both vendors and potential buyers is outstanding. His personal qualities and skills made him the best agent to sell our home quickly and at a great price. Andrew is incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. We have come across a lot of agents in four years and I can honestly say that we have not come across a better agent.

Andrew was very reliable and honest in selling our property. He knew the area and got the best possible price for our property. His communication with us throughout the whole selling process has been excellent. He would communicate with us on a regular basis. We chose Andrew because he did things “differently”. Unfortunately he was the worst person we could have asked to sell our property. Agreed it had a Tennant in it at the time. He certainly did things differently… by doing nothing at all. At the start of the Covid 19 pandemic. However Andrew did next to nothing to sell our house. He did minimal opens ( 2 opens I believe in 9 months) Blamed the fact our house was tenanted as to why he couldn’t do anymore. Was evasive. Ghosted us. Would never ring us back. Texted us only. After 8 months on the market and thousands spent on marketing I reached out the Mike who wasn’t overly apologetic. House was eventually sold for $50k less than the same house he had sold behind. It was overall a very disappointing decision to go with Andrew. I have recommended to everyone I know not to go with Andrew. I have tried to forget about it and move on. At the end of the day he got paid well for doing absolutely nothing to sell our house. I don’t know what was going on but turned out to be the worst and most stressful time. We sold at a loss because the market was sick of the house on real estate and we didn’t want to fork out even more money to try and sell with another agent. Very disappointed and not sure why he was so disinterested in selling our house. Unfortunately I haven’t got a nice word to say and I would never deal with again.

Andrew made everything so easy and simple from the get go. Nothing was too hard, and he was easy to communicate with at any time of the day or night to answer our questions/calm our nerves. His experience and confidence of the market left us in very safe hands and we are so so so happy with his service and the great result on our home at Golden Grove.
