Andrew provided great assistance in preparing the property for sale. He organized a professional designer and a photographer that produced an amazingly high quality presentation of the property. Due in no small part to this presentation and marketing we received an offer at the first-open which Andrew was able to negotiate up to a very successful winning bid. Our house was only on the market for 9 days before we had accepted the offer. Andrew continued to support us throughout the selling process, organizing with the buyer for building inspections and contract signing. There were absolutely no problems that Andrew was unable to easily solve for us. I decided to sell a rental property as a part of a deceased estate, I contacted Andrew from Ray White who visited my property to provide a valuation. During the valuation process Andrew made a few suggestions on how to present the property including some minor renovations. He seemed to know the market demographics in detail and had a good idea on what could be done at an affordable price, consequently I took his advice and made all of the suggested renovations. We then listed our property with him about 8 weeks later, we then had a contract after the first open inspection with a 6 week settlement at a price above expectations. I have found Andrew to be extremely professional and contactable at all times (I can be demanding from time to time), he has a very solid knowledge of the local real estate market with a good understanding of the potential customers in the area. He was instrumental in making the sale process quick and painless, he is a genuine authority in the real estate game. I had 2 other agents try sell my property before i went with Andrew which was recommended to me by a work mate. The other 2 agents pretty much lost any enthusiasm to sell the place after 2 weeks. They stopped communicating after a while and made the whole selling a property the worst experience in my life.....then there was Andrew.
