I would highly recommend Andrew for a personalised experience when buying/ selling property. Excellent communication skills and very efficient, Andrew made the home buying experience very relaxing. I will definitely seek his services in the future for purchase/ selling property.
We interviewed several agents and decided to sign with Andrew as he was willing to listen to us then take our requests and his knowledge and education with two degrees to ensure we could get the best result. We were on the market mid December and had a result late January which we were more than happy with. He constantly kept us up to date with the progress during our campaign and even after our contract went unconditional he has called several times to just remind us of what stage we are at and what we need to do next. If you are selling a property then please do yourself a favor and ask Andrew to come and have a look at your property and ask for a second opinion before you consider anyone else.
Andrew was fantastic throughout, and made the entire process extremely easy and stress free for me. My property was on the market for some time, and was tenanted, which probably made it a bit harder to sell, but Andrew formed a good relationship with the tenants and was able to hold regular inspections. He kept me informed of all buyer feedback, gave good, and handled the final negotiations with aplomb. Highly recommended.
