Aaron's knowledge of the local market is unsurpassed and the price expectations he gave me were spot on. He made helpful suggestions about some minor changes to improve the appeal of the property. He is a great communicator and always responded promptly to calls or messages. The sale was able to be undertaken quickly and off market, due to Aaron's awareness of buyers potentially interested in the area and property type. Wouldn't hesistate to recommend.
