Mr Guarino is an easy going and very friendly gentleman. He works very hard and take things seriously. As early as in 2016 he heard that I thought of selling an apartment, he took initiative emailing me. After that he kept contact with me. But I had been occupied by other things and couldn't come to that issue until later 2017. He was very patient and still gave good advises to my concerns from time to time. In later Feb 2018 we started the selling campaign. He did the selling diligently informing me the progress always in time. Apart from the successful selling Mr Guarino also helped me a lot on purchasing. I really feel very much thankful for that he did outside of his duty. Selling a home is one of the most stressful experiences that one can go through. But it you choose the correct agent and company it goes a long way of taking the stress off. I have bought and sold a number of houses over the past 30 odd years and Andrew is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with. He offered to handle all of the pre-sale work that needed to be done. Arranging quotes, meeting up with tradespeople all the while communicating with me on a regular basis.
