From first to last impression, Andrew maintained his warm, easy-going, no fuss personality. Importantly also was his communication ... it was detailed, honest and prompt. These were the key factors in us going ahead with him. This also made us feel assured that he would manage the current tenants in a very amicable fashion during the sale process. Of course apart from that Andrew had the market knowledge and skills which were in par with the other agents. In summary, customer service and relationship easily won when all is equal or better! My personal review. Andrew quietly goes about his business, but in the background his efforts reveal intelligence about the market forces which are not always obvious. Andrew uses this intelligence to guide the customers to a desired result for both the seller and buyer of a property. Andrew's honesty is hard to find in the real estate business, he is a credit to the team at Woodards in the High street in Northcote. I would recommend him to anyone, buying or selling.
