It was a tough ask to get my unit sold within the time frame I needed it done but from the minute Andrew rang to introduce that he was taking over my sale and would do everything in his power to sell it and not leave it hanging, I trusted his word. He went above and beyond. It was a tricky sale with a tenant in my property and no forthcoming investors to take over the lease so he switched tactics and re framed the sale to attract a buyer first, then worried about negotiating the lease terms/tenant into a new place ensuring everyone was happy with their settlement/moving out terms.
