When we met Andrew there was no doubt in our mind that he knew exactly what he was talking about with real estate and the area we were selling in. He has a wealth of knowledge that make him one of the best agents in the area. It is this knowledge that makes him fair to the seller and the buyer as he is never motivated by anything other than doing the best for his clients. When looking to sell our house he gave us very honest opinions which was extremely refreshing. Most importantly he was someone we could relate to, and did not try and coax us into making any changes to our house that were not necessary or would not change the sell price.

My husband and I were planning to sell our house in Langwarrin. We contacted a couple of Real Estates for selling cost comparison and value for the house. Harcourt was one of them. Andrew Guerin had his first meeting with us in June 2015. With my Partner working long hours in the City and at work on weekends for the usual House OFI's we had seen this property on the Internet so immediately book an appointment with Andrew for a Private Inspection. As soon as we stepped into this home, we were greeted by Andrew and his Trainee Associate. I immediately felt comfortable and impressed with Andrew and his Professional/friendly approach to both myself and my Partner. As we were offered the opportunity to investigate the Property at our leisure, Andrew as present yet unobtrusive to the search we were conducting.
