Once the contract was accepted, communication became unclear. However, to Andrew's credit , this was soon rectified and communication was then exceptional. When friends & colleges hear that you are selling your property the majority relay their experiences of past (and present) dealings with unprofessional and greedy agents. What they don't realize is the process involved for both the seller and the agent, from day one when first sitting down and working out "the plan" that will produce the optimum results, to the settlement day. I have sold a few properties, but never have I learnt so much, been advised so well, and achieved a sale with so little effort than I did with Andrew. Communication, fairness, and professional advise are his strengths. I would recommend him to anyone. Just a side note......I first got to know Andrew when cycling with a group from Triology Cycles. He came across as just a nice person. When Lindy and I decided to sell, I was concerned about using Andrew as we knew each other from riding. After thinking about it, I approached Andrew and had a very honest discussion about the situation. I have never met a more honest and approachable real estate professional. To say that we are more than happy with the outcome would be a huge understatement!
