We had been looking to upsize our house for over a year before we finally found the right house to buy and were therefore able to put our old house on the market, so we had experience with the local agents when it came time to choose someone to sell our house. After 2.5 years dealing with rude, ignorant and useless real estate agents in Sydney. I started looking at Wollongong. The first apartment I looked at Andrew was the agent and was friendly and approachable. The second or third weekend I saw him again at another apartment and he asked me exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was- after this he kept me informed of any units that were in my price range and what I was looking for.
