Andrew Henderson is passionate about real estate. A second generation real estate agent who grew up in Mermaid Beach, Andrew’s love and enthusiasm for the real estate industry in only matched by his enviable record of sales.
After a stint in management positions in the finance and information technology industries, Andrew joined his family’s real estate business in 2001.
He quickly starting making his mark and was named among the top 10 Queensland sales executives in the Professionals network in 2005. Andrew then stepped up his efforts and won the prestigious Professionals Queensland's Sales Executive of the Year Award in 2006 and 2007.
Andrew teamed up with his brother Luke to win the national award for the best sales team in the Professionals network throughout Australia in 2008 and 2009.
The agency that he leads is a regular winner of Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards continuously from 2010 to 2014 and in 2013 was recently named as being the best in the state in its category at the annual Real Estate Institute of Queensland honours and sells nearly half of all the real estate in Mermaid Beach.
For Andrew, real estate is not just a job. It’s a passion and he has invested in beachside for more than 20 years.
With his exceptional negotiation skills and his exceptional local knowledge, it’s no surprise to discover that Andrew’s vendors have incredibly high satisfaction levels and that repeat business is a key ingredient in the success of his family business.
Andrew is the Company Secretary of the Professionals Real Estate Group Limited, a position which the industry, business and Government seek his knowledge and expertise.
